Shipping Policy
Truyard ships Australia-wide.
Smaller items and spare parts are typically sent via Australia Post Express. Larger items that exceed standard size or weight limits will be shipped with one of our nominated freight carriers.
Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates only. Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including tail lift requirements, redelivery fees, or remote area surcharges. Where applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm and approve any additional costs.
Orders shipped directly to your address, rather than supplied via a Truyard dealer, may require minor assembly, setup, and pre-delivery checks before use. This may include fitting components, adding oils or fuel, and carrying out basic safety inspections as outlined in the product manual.
If you would prefer a ready-to-use machine, we recommend delivery via your nearest authorised Truyard dealer. Your dealer can assemble, test, and hand over the unit with guidance on correct operation and maintenance.
All overnight express/satchel deliveries are booked as Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know at the time of ordering.
All shipments include tracking details. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe (typically 7–10 business days), please contact us promptly so we can follow up with the carrier.
