Arrived out of the blue while they were in the middle of relocating from Maddington to Osborne Park with a snaped broken handle on my 450 reel mower. They were amazingly helpful despite the organised chaos from the move with everything in boxes not knowing what was where. Initially the handle was to be repaired by welding because of the mowers age however they located some new handles for my model. Its now back to normal working like a treat. Highly recommended.
